Taverna Visaisa offers a variety of local dishes from the Occitan tradition, as well as Ligurian and Provençal dishes. Historically, this area has been greatly influenced by both regions, and the valley has always been an important crossroads. 

Our cuisine celebrates tradition with a touch of creativity and experimentation, using products from local farms and trusted suppliers. We bake pizzas made with local flours and cooked in a wood-fired oven.

The philosophy we bring to the table seeks to convey the authentic connection we have with food and the land: not only using less noble parts of the animal, paying attention to vegetarian options, and choosing high-quality, zero-kilometer ingredients, but also offering craft beers, locally produced digestives, and natural wines. We often know the producers personally, visit their farms, and love to share their passion with you when you come to visit.

The restaurant is open for lunch and dinner, while the bar welcomes you throughout the day for breakfast, a quick snack, or a relaxing aperitif in the garden.
